Denver Housing Market is Not So Grim According to Smart Money

If you really want to know what is going on in the real estate realm, it's important to look at it locally. In general, the media focuses on the national scale, which often shows declining prices and rising inventories. While Denver has seen some of this locally, it hasn't been to the extent of other markets such as Florida, California, Nevada, Arizona, etc.

Last week, released their list of the top 25 housing markets that are in the best shape for a rebound. Denver was among the top 7 highlighted in the article. The cities highlighted as quick rebounders: Seattle, Des Moines, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, Philadelphia, Birmingham, and Denver. Disparity exists from neighborhood to neighborhood throughout the metro area, so contact me if you want to know more about what's going on.
